HDIL (Housing Development And Infrastructure Limited) is a real estate development company with significant operations in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Our business focuses on Real Estate Development, including construction and development of residential, commercial and retail projects, slum rehabilitation and development, land development including development of infrastructure. We are a part of Wadhawan group which has been involved in real estate development in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for almost three decades. Our residential projects consists of apartments, towers, large multi-purpose townships which are sold to individual customers. Our Commercial projects are a mix of office space, multiplex cinemas and our retail projects are shopiing malls. We as a part of our growth strategy, are considering developing projects in other locations including Kochi, Hyderabad, Pune & Delhi. Apart from residential projects, we are also considering expanding into hotel projects, special economic zone developments, mega structures ie complexes which are large scale mixed use retail, commercial and residential development. In order to take care of major expansion and diversification activities, we require the following personnel for each of the locations spread over in the Western Region, Southern Region and the Northern Region as follows: Western Region: Mumbai / Pune / Vasai-Virar. Southern Region: Hyderabad / Cochin. Northern Region: Delhi / Chandigarh.

Chief Operating Officer - MumbaiCategory: Operations Management Civil Engineering Degree with added qualification of Construction Management and also Masters in Management, above 25 years of working experience in a reputed Construction House, out of which a minimum of 10 years as a Profit Centre Head, 3-4 years at a Corporate level. Should be thoroughly conversant with the construction business and need to have multi-disciplinary/functional approach, dynamic and consistency in delivering results are essential qualities. Preference shall be given to candidates from reputed insitute. The incumbent candidate shall be the overall incharge of the Engineering & Construction Division and the position shall be based at Mumbai and reporting to the Managing Director.
