Our business focuses on Real Estate Development, including construction and development of residential, commercial and retail projects, slum rehabilitation and development, land development including development of infrastructure. We are a part of Wadhawan group which has been involved in real estate development in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for almost three decades. Our residential projects consists of apartments, towers, large multi-purpose townships which are sold to individual customers. Our Commercial projects are a mix of office space, multiplex cinemas and our retail projects are shopiing malls. We as a part of our growth strategy, are considering developing projects in other locations including Kochi, Hyderabad, Pune & Delhi. Apart from residential projects, we are also considering expanding into hotel projects, special economic zone developments, mega structures ie complexes which are large scale mixed use retail, commercial and residential development.
