Senior Manager / Manager - Operations

You must have 3-8 years of managerial experience in the healthcare industry. Candidates with MBBS and / or MHA will be given preference. You will have overall responsibility for the operations of the clients. You will be setting the standards for operations of the clinics, monitoring their performance, conducting clinical audits, recruiting & empanelling of staff & doctors and trouble-shooting operational issues.

You must be an MBA with 3-8 years experience in corporate sales in a large organization, preferably in the healthcare segment. You will be responsible for business growth through coprorate tie-ups for our clinics across India. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
