Material Management

Category: Construction

Qualifications: Post Graduate in Materials Management. Experience in materials management viz receipt, storage and control of materials. Exposure in implementation of planned construction activities and work packaging structure on the project through co-ordination with engineering, construction & contractors. Working knowledge of SAP is required.

Project Management

Category: Project Management

Qualifications: Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering, Graduates / Post Graduates. Experience & Knowledge of detailed planning / co-ordination / construction in areas of BOILER, TG, CHP, CW system, ash handling and other off-sites of power projects having unit size of 200MW or above are required. Relevant experience in construction, contract management, resources & execution with power plants of 500MW or more capacity will be considered an advantage.

Planning

Category: Planning

Qualifications: Engineering Graduates / Post Graduates. Experience in construction planning activity of large power / process / industrial projects. Hands on exposure to project planning, scheduling & monitoring techniques and practices of project of mega scale is a must and working knowledge of scheduling software viz Primavera & MS Project is desirable.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Category: Quality Assurance

Qualifications: Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering Graduates / Post Graduates. Experiene in devising and implementing QA/QC system at size viz study methodology statement specifications & codes, sample collection for testing and approvals are required. Exposure to management & maintenance of QC lab and equipment in conforming conditions. Setting up systems for identifying non-conformance in material / workmanship and remedial actions together with knowledge in mega infrastructure / industrial / refinery / power projects is desirable.

Experience: 2-10 years for Delivery Band * 11-20 years for Managerial Band * 20+ years for Strategic Band. The above bands are indicative and selected candidates will be placed in suitable band based on merit, quality and quantum of experience.
