Production Line HeadCategory: Operations Management Experience: 10-14 years. Role: * Operations Management of a Production Line including Global Production Centers * Disciplinary head of selected direct report * Functional head of all staff delivering services of the specific production line. Responsibility: * Day-to-day service operations * Continuous improvement of service delivery based on consolidation, automation and technical innovation * Fulfillment of Service Level Agreements and consistent Service Level Management * Production Line specific operations to ensure a cost efficient and effective service in line with contracted requirements * Delivery of services from a set of global centers in a coherent way * Constantly improve the service delivery in the centers to increase quality and reduce cost.
