Lobby Manager

Candidates should be a Hotel Management Graduate with minimum 2/3 years experience in the similar field. He should be responsible for Room Allotments and for computerized room reservation system, preparing the duty roster of staff etc. He should keep a check in the lobby area and should brief the staff on day to day basis and pay special attention in public places. He should attend to members suggestions and complaints.

Assistant Lobby Manageress

Category: Managers

Candidate should be a Hotel Management Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in similar field she should be smart and well spoken and should be responsible for the lobby area. She should co-ordinate with the members and attend to their suggestions and complaints.

Accounts Officer

Category: Accounting

The Candidate should be a Commerce Post Graduate with 5/6 years experience in handling the accounts independently, preferably with Hotel Experience in a computerized environment.

Stores Officer

Category: Stores

Minimum graduate with 5 years or more experience in a supervisory capacity of handling stores of a Hotel / Club preferably in a computerized environment, should be well versed in procedures relating to stores accounting, custody and upkeep of stores, physical inventory reconciliation with book balances etc.
