Production Engineer - Process Planning - Motors

Qualification: BE or Diploma (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering). Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in Press shop with AI Die Casting, Coil and Winding of electric motors, motor assembly, metal joining processes and machine shop. The candidate should possess sound manufacturing processes knowledge of design jigs, fixtures and tooling, conversant with Auto CAD, workplace ergonomics and IE norms. Knowledge of MOST, SIX SIGMA, Capacity Planning and incentive schemes are preferred. Profile: Job responsibilities include technology, methods and process development, plan requirements of manpower, machines, tools and layouts, work measurement, tool store administration and safety activities to ensure safe workplace. Vendor Development Engineer - Motors

Qualification: BE (Mechanical / Production). Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in CNC Machining Process, Process Planning and Quality Assurance. The candidate should possess advanced knowledge on CNC manufacturing processes and materials and sound knowledge of product, designing of tools and fixtures and MOST work measurement techniques is also required. Profile: Job Responsibilities involve developing, co-ordinating and implementing manufacturing processes at Vendors and in-house, planning, co-ordinating and implementing time standards within budget parameters as optimum costs in order to meet product design requirements and executing material design as per the customers' specifications.
