The selected candidate will be "appointed initially on contract basis for a period of Three years and placed in the rank of General Manager (Specialist Cadre) in the regular scale with attendant perquisites applicable to the grade. Provident Fund, pension, gratuity and bonus will not be payable during the period of contract or thereafter.
