Customer Support Manager (CS)

* 10-12 years IT Hardware experience. * Qualification: Minimum Graduation. * Capable of managing Service Delivery operations independently. * Good in Man Management - Planning, Hiring, Motivation, Productivity, Disciline, etc * Good in Solution Mobilisation - Skillsets, Spares, Softwares, drivers, patches, etc. * Ensure retention of existing service revenue and payment collection. * Good in SLA Management. * Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction * Spares management. * Coordination with principles & service partners * Timely installations. * Coordinating with vendor/purchase dept for meeting customer requirement. * Lead a team of engineers with highrer productivity. * Excellent Relationship Management (with Vendors and Customers) and Communication Skills. * Lead engineers' team for technical services and supports. * Organise various trainings to engineers related to various technologies. * Giving support and solving typical problems. * Customer meetings at regular intervals and listen to the customer's problems and accordingly preparing action plan to rectify their problems. * Capable of handling Escalations.
