Design, Customize and constantly upgrade training processes for greater effectiveness. 7. Prepare and maintain various types of MIS data related to training. 8. Ensure all training procedures meet quality and compliance standards. 9. Evaluate Training effectiveness by continuous feedback to trainers from training batches. 10. Creation of need based in-house training modules on technical and behavioral aspects. 11. Responsible to conduct events / functions / gathering within and outside premises. 12. Responsible to conduct employee satisfaction survey and any other way of seeking employee feedback. Desired Candidate Profile: Masters Degree with 5-8 yrs of rich experience in Training preferably from Manufacturing Industry.
