Base Manager - Operations

A good solid background in managing an independent profit centre in keeping with the organisational goals will be an advantage. Thorough knowledge of Administration, Marketing, Business Development, Training Delivery and Quality Assurance would be the profile that would fit our requirements.

Candidates should have at least 1 year training experience with a leading Airline or should have been a Cabin Crew Supervisor for at least 2 years. Should have good subject matter knowledge in Aviation and Cabin Crew Training. A strong passion for training and a dynamic, impressionable period will be the hallmarks of successful candidates.

Candidates should have at least 1 year training experience with a leading Hotel, or should have been in a supervisory position with a leading chain of Hotels. Strong subject matter expertise on all operations of a Hotel will be considered an advantage. Candidates with a strong aptitude for training delivery with a pleasant personality will be preferred.

Instructor - Grooming

Candidates should have at least 2 years of training experience with a leading Cosmetic House, an Airline or a Hotel. Candidates should possess a Diploma or a Degree in Cosmetology from a reputed institute and should have proven success in earlier assignments undertaken. A flair for teaching, dealing with people and patience will define the right candidate.
