Secretary General - MumbaiCategory: Financial Services The Role: The Secretary General will be in overall charge of the operations, administration, finance and accounts, library, certificate of origin and other services. He will be responsible for supporting all the committees and their programs, receive foreign delegations and organize appropriate meetings, coordinate visits of business delegations abroad, education programs and manage officers and unionized staff. He drives the Chamber's activities to influence the economic and business areas in the chosen direction. He will be involved in raising resources and controlling expenses and meeting statutory requirements. The job requires passion, commitment and the ability to work long and odd hours. Qualifications: Graduate with at least 25 years of experience in managing operations. Should have a successful track record of delivering results. Excellent interpersonal relations, computer literacy and leadership qualities are definitely required. A postgraduate professional degree is desirable.
