Advocates - Real Estate

Candidates should be LLB/LLM from a reputed college having experience of over 10 years at senior level in a Real Estate & Construction Company or with a reputed Law Firm. Should be able to handle all legal matters relating to property transactions, drafting of legal doucments such as sale agreements, conveyance etc. Age: 30-50 years.

Civil Maintenance Engineers

Category: Maintenance

Applicants should be DCE with 5 to 7 years experience in construction and maintenance of multi-storied residential/commercial buildings with knowledge of preventive, predictive & break down maintenance. Age: 30-50 years.

Maintenance Engineers - Plumbing

Category: Maintenance

Applicants should be DCE/BE (Civil) with experience in commissioning and maintenance of water supply with Hydro-pneumatic Systems,Treatment Plants, Fire Fighting Systems, Waste Management Systems and Pollution Control Systems. Applicants with specialization in Ppublic Health Engineering will be preferred. Age: 30 to 50 years.

Maintenance Engineers - Electrical

Category: Maintenance

Graduates in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering with minimum 8 to 10 years experience in Maintenance of AC Plants/ Generators/ Boilers etc in a multi-storied residential/ commercial building/ Hotel/ Shipping Industry with knowledge of preventive, predictive and break down maintenance. Age: 30-50 years.
