Manager - IP (API / Finished Products)Category: Legal Candidates should be MPharm / MSc (Organic Chemistry) / PhD in Organic Chemistry with a Diploma in Patent Law (Optional). Should have about two years of experience in IPR in a reputed Pharma company having exposure to prior art searches for patent / literature, Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) opinions, 'Non-Infringing / designing around' strategies to R & D, Patent drafting and Prosecution, Patent Laws of US, EU & India.
