Regional Operations Manager

You must be a BTech/MBa with 12 to 14 years of operations experience in Telecom/Banking/FMCG industry/Consumer Durables industry with 3 to 4 years of managing independent branch operations. You will be responsible for the broadband business operations in the region with a highly motivated team of 300 team members through a team of Area Operations Managers and Territory Operations Managers. You will be responsible for market share, growth objectives, customer acquisition and retention, cost control and revenue yield in your region. You will construct regional business plan, formulate operations incentive and motivation programs, implement strategies, manage regional budgets, create rapid response on planning & implementation of network rollout.

You will be responsible for market share and growth objectives in your area. You will formulate field level marketing, implement strategies, plan & implement network rollout and motivate field force to achieve targets in sales, collection, installation, quality of service and network health.
