Regional Market Development Manager

Category: Marketing

You must be a MBA with 10 to 12 years of Market Development/Product Management experience in Telecom/Banking/Insurance/FMCG industry with 2 to 4 years of independently managing marketing operations/product management at regional/branch level. You will be responsible to continuous innovation to enhance brand visibility through high visible brand promotion programs. You will be responsible for demand estimation, coverage plan, lead generation, competition intelligence, sales and instllation initiatives, tele - sales/marketing initiatives and vendor management. You will provide product development inputs to product team at HO for new product development. You will be responsible for customer market share, customer growth objectives and capacity utilization in your region.

Regional Materials Controller

Category: Managers

You must be a MBA with 12 to 14 years of Materials/inventory management experience in IT/Telecom/Manufacturing/FMCG industry with 2 to 4 years independently managing materials/inventory of regional/branch level. You will be responsible for material forecasting, planning and convening it into purchase requisitions, ensure accurate warehouse inventory maintenance and availability, ensure materials storedand maintained in good condition. Review of slow or non moving items, identity returbishment and repairs. You will be responsible for materials movement from warehouses to business partners, SAP invoicing, materials reconcillation, issue and data keeping of float & filed stock. You will be responsible for customer installation and maintenance costs, control network capex and opex, develop KPI and able benchmarks performances for your region.

Regional Network Manager

You must be a BTech with 12 to 14 years of Network management experience in Written/Broadband/Pre-Wimax/WiFi industry with 2 to 4 years independently managing Network P&I/NOC Ops/Network Ops at telecom circle/regional level. You will be responsible for Network design, planning and implementation, OSP & ISP rollout and maintenance, RNOC operations and Customer Installation & Maintenance. You will ensure adequate network coverage and capacity creation in the existing and new areas of operations. You will be responsible for managing installation, maintenance and L2 complaint desk at regions. You will be responsible for multi level network performance and benchmarks for the region.
