(Position Code: HCC-A5 for Sites & HCC-A6 for HO). Location: Project Site / HO. Profile: BE (Civil) with 4-25 years experience for positions at various levels at site & at HO. Sound technical knowledge, commercial awareness & communication skills (written & verbal) are desirable. Key Focus Areas: * Effective execution of Contracts, QSS including billing (client & sub contract) * Claims & recovery management * Contracts governance, risk management & issue resolution * Position at HO will additionally require formulation of strategy, processes, change control mechanism etc. Project profitability, turnover generation and collections are the key deliverables of the function. Positioning in the organisational hiearchy is a factor of value addition you can make to us. Needless to say, compensation package will be competitive and amongst the best in the industry.

Construction Engineering Methodology

Location: Head Office - Mumbai. Profile: BE (Civil) with 10-25 years experience in infrastructure projects, with excellent exposure to Construction Engineering Methodology. Experience in Dam, Barrage, Hydro Powerhouse, Underground Works, Bridges, Highways and Structural Work in Nuclear / Thermal Power Plants are welcome. Key Focus Areas: * Provide innovative construction solutions, work methodology & project execution plans * Productivity improvement, asset utilization through analysis & planning, time cycle analysis * Monitoring project progress and providing innovative solutions to project execution problems to ensure adherence to plans. Positioning in the organisational hiearchy is a factor of value addition you can make to us. Needless to say, compensation package will be competitive and amongst the best in the industry.
