Work exp for minimum of 4 years is desirable especially in the capacity of a Project Manager. Should have experience Websphere, Weblogic, JBOSS Application servers. Should have experience with testing framework JUnit, build tools Ant and scripting language for Object Oriented programming like Ruby. Should have thorough understanding of OOAD, UML, XML and software pattenrs concepts. Should have an ability to conceptualize, analyze and design. Should have passion for technology Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and technical procedures. Desired Skills: Proven Project Management skills, should have multiple projects. Should have excellent Java/J2EE programming skills and should have experience with application servers like Websphere, Weblogic and Jboss Through understanding of OOAD, UML, XML and software patterns concepts. Technical Manager

Product Development - System Level / Kernel Level - C++/Unix

Job Description As member of project team with moderate supervision, develops and sustains our clients Object Database System for projects of moderate scope and technical difficulty, or sections of larger projects across multiple environments and platforms by performing the following duties. * Design, implement and/or maintain products. Undertake ownership of certain modules and offer advice on proper usage. * Perform timelycode reviews of complex modules. * Resolve complex failures and customer reported issues. * Unerstand requirements, propose alternative designs and evaluate feasibility for reasonably complex requirements. * Track advances in database technologies, standards, operating systems and use these to improve products. * Offer advice, consult with other groups in the area of databases, systems programming. * Perform effort estimations for implementing new features as well as fixing customer issues. * Participate in design reviews. Candidate Profile, Educational Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science with at least 6 years of relevant experience. * Expertise in C, C++ and object oriented programming. * Proven experience of designing complex system software and a good understanding of OS concepts. * Experience on UNIX flavors. * Experience in database internals/distributed systems is an added advantage. * Multithreading knwoledge, shell scrpting will be a plus. * Exposure to source code control systems such as Clear Case is desirable.
