Director (HRD Personnel & Administration)

Category: Human Resources

The Person: The incumbent will had the HRD Personnel and Administration functions at the corporate level. Management development, framing and implementation of progressive personnel policies, creation of commitment in employees at all levels for the corporate objectives of the organisation would be amongst important areas of his responsibilities. The incumbent also needs to have knowledge of administration policies, systems and procedures, have the ability to supervise and lead staff, including training and conflict management skills, skill evaluating and planning of the work of administrative staff, understanding of the purpose, background and policies of the organisation and understanding of the roles of other staff, project management skill, communication and listening skills, the ability and policies of the organisation and understanding of the roles of other staff, project management skills, communication and listening skills, the ability to relate to people from different cultures and backgrounds. The incumbent having a Post-graduate degree with specialisation in HRD and experience of 10-15 years in a similar position with successful track record will be preferred. Exposure to Organisational Development activities will be an added advantage. Works Manager

The Person: The incumbent is required to co-ordinate and control the Satellite manufacturing units located all over India and will look after the entire Works / Factory Operations - Manufacturing, Administration, Stores, Despatch, Maintenance etc of the units under his charge. He will be responsible for: * Overall performance of manufacturing units * Implementation of new projects * Regulatory affairs. Candidate in the age group of 35-40 years with a Senior Management position and successful track record having M Pharm / PhD degree in Pharmacy will be considered for the position. Accounts Manager

The Person: The incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant with 2 to 3 years working experience in a Manufacturing Organisation, preferably in the age group of 28 to 35 years, having exposure in areas of Financial Accounting and Direct & Indirect Taxation. Exposure to standard quality systems and hands on ERP & an automated environment is a must. The incumbent should have strong leadership skills and should have a disciplined and organised style of working. Dy Distribution Manager

The Person: The incumbent should preferably be an MBA in the age group of 35-40 years, having good knowledge in Inventory Management, Drug Rules and Sales Tax Laws, strong in Logistics and Systems, with a minimum experience of 5-10 years in Pharmaceutical Industry. Responsibilities will include Cost effective and Prompt Distribution together with timely recovery of outstandings and monitoring and controlling of all activities of C&F agents.
