Dy Maintenance Manager

Category: Maintenance

The Person: The incumbent should be BE (Mech) in the age group of 35 to 40 years with minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Packaging Machineries. The incumbent should have experience in HVAC system and Proficient in preparation of blue prints with hands on experience / capabilities. Dy Legal Manager

The Person: The incumbent should be an LLB with 5 to 6 years working experience in a Manufacturing Organisation, preferably in the age group of 28 to 35 years, well-conversant with Trade Marks, Copyrights and also familiar with DPCO, Excise, Civil and Criminal procedures. The incumbent should have strong leadership skills and should have a disciplined and organised style of working. Dy Company Secretary

Category: Legal

The Person: The incumbent will be responsible for all day to day activities pertaining to Legal matters, should have the flair and acumen necessary for drafting Legal documents (Commercial agreements, Settlements, etc) and should be thorough in Legal procedures and Court Processes. The Incumbent should also be well acquainted with Labour Laws, Contract Laws, Anti-Dumping Regulations and related business areas dealing with Central Excise, Trade Marks and Copyrights, including liaisoning with the Company's Solicitors, Advocates and other concerned authorities. The incumbent should be a Law Graduate, around 35 years of age with knowledge of Corporate Laws, who will take care of all Statutory compliances under the Companies Act, other Allied Acts, Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules, Drug Price Control Order, Essential Commodities Act, MRTP, Customs and Excise Acts and Labour Laws. Dy Manager - Costing

The Person: The incumbent should be a qualified Cost Accountant or a candidate having passed Inter ICWA with 5 to 6 years working experience in a Manufacturing Organisation, preferably in the age group of 28 to 35 years, having exposure in areas of Cost Accounting. Exposure to standard quality systems and hands on ERP & an automated environment is a must. The incumbent should have strong leadership skills and should have a disciplined and organised style of working.
