Head (Operations) – We@Roots

In alignment with the Center’s vision and objectives, the Head (Operations) will be responsible for identifying potential projects and business opportunities for the center, keeping track of available grants / resources / funds to fuel the research projects and managing the daily functions of the center.

Research Associate / Research Assistant

Category: Research & Development

The role involves conducting and supporting field research for the projects undertaken at the center. He / She would be responsible for communication & coordination between internal and external stakeholders and would be expected to maintain knowledge resources using IT infrastructure. Qualification / Requirements: Post graduate or graduate in Rural Management / Social Sciences / Social Work / Agri-Business, with a strong research orientation. Experience of managing empowerment and research projects related to rural areas and the bottom of the pyramid. 4-5 years experience is required for Head (Operations) while 1-2 years experience coupled with proficiency in using research and statistics software is required for Research Associate.
