Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any Discipline with LLB. Professional Qualification: The candidates should be Associate or Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India established and incorporated under the Companies Secretaries Act, 1956. 4. Experience: The candidates should have an experience of about 5 years in a large / medium sized company, preferably in areas of Laws of Lease and MRTP Act, 1966. The candidates are expected to have Mastery in Secretarial Job. 5. The Job: To perform functions and duties devolving upon a Company Secretary to be appointed under Section 383-A of the Companies Act, 1956 as also to carry out the functions and duties such as: i) to draw, compile & provide to Directors agenda for the meeting of th Board of Directors ii) To draw and compile & dispatch notice of the general meeting to Members and Directors of the Corporation and others. iii) To draw the Minutes of the Meeting and seek approval of the Chairman. iv) To file returns with the Registrar of the Companies and ensure compliance with the Statutory provisions for and on behalf of the Corporation. v) To maintain / preserve records required to be maintained under the Companies Act 1956 and other applicable Laws. vi) To advise the Board of Directors and Officers of the Corporation on questions connected with the Companies Act 1956. vii) To execute documents for and on behalf of the Corporation. 6. The candidates are required to submit all original certificates and attested Xerox copies thereof as well as Passport size recent photograph at the time of interview. 7.
