Head - Legal

The incumbent will be Post Graduate in Law and would head the Corporate Legal Department. The person we are looking for should be in a similar position in a large Organisation preferably in the Banking / NBFC / Financial Institution space. Proficiency in Company / Corporate Laws is expect6ed and exposure to M&A activity would be helpful. We prefer young professionals not above 45 years of age.

Company Secretary

The incumbent will be a qualified Company Secretary with experience in a large listed Company. Over and above the routine Secretarial functions, the candidate is expected to maintain liaison with RBI, SEBI, ROC, STOCK EXCHANGES etc. We prefer young professionals around 40 years of age.
