General Managers / AGMs - Business Development (Head Office & Mumbai)

Graduate Engineers in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical and preferably MBA with 15-20 years of relevant experience in professional business development, partnership management functions, identifying new projects related to Power, Ports, Oil & Gas, Railways and Environment (ETP, STP, RWTP and DMRO Plants) in the Industrial / Refinery Sectors as per the business plan, studying the feasibility of the projects in terms of location, resources etc, giving presentations, convincing prospective clients and getting into joint ventures / tieups. Should have knowledge of customers, technology, competition, tendering process in Government, PSUs and large private sector companies.

General Managers / AGMs - Accounts & Finance

Candidates with CA / ICWAI qualified with 15-25 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance functions, out of which last 8 years must be in Senior Position in large organizations. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge to interpret accounting standards & translate them to accounting policies. Use financial information to anlayse business projection, outcome etc to control performance. He should be thorough with Taxation, Case laws, ITAT appeals, assessment procedures and have exposure in dealing with leading tax experts at national level. The candidates should have leadership, team building, business analytical and presentation skills.
