Post reserved for: SC: --, ST: --, OBC: 02, UR: --, PH: --, Total: 02. Cadres: Directorate of Handmade Paper & Fibre Industry. 1. Eligibility: (A) Nationality: A candidate must be a citizen of India. (B) Educational Qualification: Diploma (Three years duration) in the relevant area from a recognized University or Institute. (C) Experience: 3 years experience. 2. Age: Between 18 and 27 years. Relaxation: (OBC: By 3 years). (PH by 10 years). Ex Serviceman: By 3 years in addition to usual period of service in the defence forces subject to maximum age of 50 years. Govt Employees of KVIC 35 years. 3. Selection Procedure: a) Selection will be on the basis of performance in personal interview. b) The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview. c) Where the number of applications received in response to the advertisement is large and it will not be convenient or possible for the KVIC to interview all the candidates, the KVIC at their discretion may restrict the number of candidates to a reasonable limit by any one or more of the following method: i) On the basis of their qualifications higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement, or ii) On the basis of the experience in the relevant field or iii) By holding a screening test. The candidate should therefore, mention all the qualifications and experience in the relevant field over and above the minimum qualifications and should attach attested / self certified copies of the certificate in support thereof.

(D) Desirable: Training in any branch of Statistics or research in the field of Economic and knowledge or computer application. 2. Age: Not below 18 and not above 28 years.
