Eligibility: Educational Qualification: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Commission in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. 2. Essential: i) Masters Degree in any discipline or Bachelors Degree in Law from a recognised University. OR ii) Bachelors Degree from a recognized University And Diploma in Co-operation or Education or Journalism from a recognized University or Institution. 3. Experience: In analogous post or 8 years experience in managerial position in the pay scale of Rs 9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs 4,200/- in any department of the Central Government or a State Government or in any recognized Organization or a Statutory Body or 8 years experience in supervisory or managerial position in Private Organisation of repute. 4. Desirable: Masters Degree in Business Administration or Personnel Management or Administrative Management or Marketing Management or Computer Science from a recognized University or registered as Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant. 5. Age: Not exceeding thirty five years. Relaxation: SC/ST : By 5 years. OBC: By 3 years. PH: By 10 years (15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC). Ex-Serviceman: By 3 years in addition to usual period of service in the defence forces subject to maximum age of 50 years.
