Eligibility: (A) Candidate must be a Citizen of India (B) Educational Qualification: (i) Essential: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized Univesity or pass in SSC or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board / University and Three years regular service in production, Marketing and packing in any department of Central / State Government or in any organization or statutory body. (ii) Desirable: Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management Knowledge of Computer application. 2. Age: Between 18 and 30 years of age. Relaxation: SC/ST: By 5 years. OBC: By 3 years. PH: By 10 years. Ex-Serviceman: By 3 years in addition to usual period of service in the defiance forces subject to maximum age of 50 years. Govt Employees of KVIC 40 years. 3. Selection Procedure: a. Selection will be on the basis of performance in personal interview. b. The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview. c. Where the number of applications received in response to the advertisement is large and it will not be convenient of possible for the KVIC to interview all the candidates, the KVIC at their discretion may restrict the number of candidates to a reasonable limit by any one or more of the following method: i. On the basis of either qualifications higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement. ii. On the basis of the experience in the relevant field. iii. By holding a Screening test. The candidate should therefore, mention all the qualifications and experience in the relevant field over and above the minimum qualifications and should attach attested / self certified copies of the certificate in support thereof. 4. Appointment: The selected Candidate will be posted any where in India.
