Project Management

Category: Project Management

Experience: Overall 5 to 6 years of experience in managing projects for India as well as International Customer. Good knowledge of ITIL Process, PMP. Knowledge of handling IT Infrastructure projects, Data Centre, Helpdesk team, etc. Experience in managing team across different geographies. Experience in handling one or more areas like Asset Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management will be an added advantage. Qualification: An Engineering Graduate with ITIL and PMP Certification.

Experience: Overall 10 years IT and Infrastructure Operations with 4-5 years in Presales Support, Good knowledge of ITIL Processes, should have experience in working in large deals in India and Overseas. Qualification: An Engineering graduate with good analytical ability and interpersonal skills.

Tool Service Architect

Experience: Overall 8 to 10 years IT and Infrastructure operations with 4-5 years in Service & Systems Management Tools (e.g. Remedy, eHealth, Spectrum, Network Monitoring, Tivoli Tec - (+NetIQ, myAMC, PerfGuard, RRD-Tools, StableNet, VitalSuite), Good knowledge of ITIL Processes should have good entrepreneurial skills to be proactive at management, technology and commercial level, Leadership skill with winning attitude. Flare for intercultural environment & willing to travel overseas as well as virtual collaboration. Qualification: An Engineering graduate with good experience in tool engineering, tool management and related services, tool optimization & tool solution design / architect.

SAP Basis Consultants
