DGM Application Development

Category: IT - Application Programming

Total Experience: 13+ years. Qualification: BE/MCA or equivalent, Project Management (Princie2/PMP). Core Skills: * Managing multiple development and/or support teams incorporating several technical areas. * Supporting and developing software solutions for Capita and its clients. * Should have handled application development / support teams of 200+ members, especially in an Offshore Development Centre (ODC) environment. Experience in setup of an ODC is preferred. This is a senior role providing strategic leadership to the team and establishing methodologies, work practices, metrics to ensure objectives are met.

Total Experience: 10+ years. Qualification: BE or equivalent, ITIL Foundation, Project Management (Prince2/PMP). This is a managerial role establishing medium to long term work plans to ensure that objectives such as costs and quality are consistently met.
