Installation, Configuration and Troublehooting of microsoft windows 2000 and 2003 servers and creation of users and applying Groups and its policies.Managing Users and applying Group Policy. Installing and configuring of Exchange server creating and Managing the Mailbox Enabled Users (Recipients) Address List and public Folder. Installing and Configuring the outlook 2003 client with security quota for the Users.Installation of updates and Patches on server. Analysis of server Events & Log files. Taking Daily Backup. Making Reports and Escalation of Down Time. Coordination with Vendors.
