Should be proficient in using Primavera software. Working knowledge of MS Project would be an added advantage. Should have good working knowledge of design, procurement and construction / field services work flow processes. Should have the ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Exposure to construction planning work is desirable. The persons working in consultancy firms are preferred.

Preparation of cpaital cost estimate and financial analysis for techno-economic feasibility report. Experience in preparation of control estimates and monitoring the cost on periodic intervals with variance reports is essential. Working knowledge of cash flow analysis would be an added advantage. The persons working in consultancy firms / engineering contracting organization are preferred.

Machine Automation - Electrical

Graduate / Diploma Electrical Engineers with experience in feedback control systems for machine automation, preferably in automatic consumer product line. The candidate should be weel-versed in developing the feedback control system with relevant design calculations, specifying & selection of peripherals / devices / transducers / drives. Machine safety system design, development of circuits & equipment layouts, Power distribution, Motor control center layouts, Main & Local PLC panel and preparation of schedules & bills of quantities. PLC Programming knowledge of Rockwell's RSLogix (5, 500, 5000), Network configuration, Structured programming. Knowledge of different level of Network - ControlNet, Ethernet, Device Net, DCS Net. DH+, SERCOS network for drives. Hardware selection of Allen-Bradley's various control / Drive / Safety system is preferred. Hands on experience on AutoCAD is mandatory.

Machine Design - Mechanical

Graduate / Diploma Mechanical Engineers with experience in designing of consumer product line, special purpose machine with good knowledge of mechanical components such as pulley, bolt, gearbox, motor, coupling, bearing etc. Should be able to prepare manufacturing drawings, fabrication details and assembly drawings with proper Bill of Material. Knowledge of engineering and drafting standards is essential and should be well versed with engineering materials. Knowledge of Autocad, Solid works / Solid edge / ProE is must. Experience in Hygiene based consumer product is preferred. Experience in Packaging system will be an added advantage.
