Experience in inspection of construction materials, review of WPS & PQR, fabrication and welding inspection, welder qualification, surface preparation & environmental check for internal and external coating, holiday and pinhole detections, adhession testing will be an added advantage. | Process Engineering and Process Systems: Column Internal SpecialistCategory: Engineering Experience in selection of type of column internals (packed and tray columns), column hydraulics calculation and evaluation of vendor offers, selection and sizing of feed distributors and liquid collectors, simulation of column performance using tools like Hysis and pro II, pump around calculations and selection and sizing of gas and liquid inlet systems. | Process Engineers (Oil and Gas)Category: Engineering Experience in Material and Energy balance calculations, Preparation and updation of PFDs UFDs, P&IDs, LDTs, Equipment list, process data sheets for equipments, machinery and instruments, Hydraulic calculations, Relief System calculations, HAZOP studies, Vendor document review, Interdisciplinary co-ordination, Familiarity with international standards like API, NFPA, NACE, exposure to tools like Hysis, Pro II, Flarenet etc. Pre-commissioning and commissioning. | Applicants should be engineering graduates / post-graduates in one of the above disciplines. Diploma engineers with minimum 15 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
