The Candidate should ideally be a Ph.D in Textile Technology or allied fields with minimum 18 years experience in Research, Consultancy Training and Testing. It is essential that the candidate has excellent Administrative skills including exposure to financial aspects. The job profile will be to assist the Director in all day-to-day operations of BTRA and also lead a team of professionals in their specific area of work. Good managerial quality with motivational skills to get the better of every one is a key requirement. Capabilities for liaison with industry leaders and government officials is essential.
