Roles & Responsibilities Work closely with the Board to achieve organisation excellence; Provide trusted and motivating leadership to the organisation and driven operational efficiency; Ensure effective and long term growth of Arcil. The Candidate; Should have collective experience of over 20 years in the following fields Stress Asset Management Business Strategy Banking / Credit Recovery and Restructuring Should have held senior leadership positions in Banks / Financial Institutions at the rank of GM / equivalent. In case the candidate is from ARCs he / she should be holding the position of ED or above. Age: Not more than 62 years as on January 1, 2012.
