Young Manufacturing Professionals Program (YMP Program)

Fresh graduates with minimum 60% marks in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences/Chemistry or Diploma holders in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering/Pharmacy for recruitment in manufacturing operations. Selected candidates will undergo three-month intensive theoretical and practical training porgram in the areas of Unit Operations in Bioprocess Engineering, Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing, Good Manufactuirng Practices as well as equipment and facility maintenance. After successful completion of the training program, the candidates will be placed in a biopharmaceutical production facility as part of either Manufacturing Services or Engineering Services.

Young Quality Management Professionals Program (YQMP Program)

Category: Biotechnology

Fresh Post graduates with minimum 60% marks in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences/Chemistry/Pharmacy for recruitment in Quality Assurance and Quality Control services. Selected candidates will undergo three months rigorous training in the areas of Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing, Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Control and Quality Assurance of recombinant and natural biopharmaceuticals. After completion of training, the candidates will be placed in a biopharmaceutical production facility as part of either Quality Assurance Services or Quality Control Services.

Short-listed candidates will have to go through an online aptitude test followed by a personal interview. Selected candidates will have to undertake to work with the company for a minimum period of two years from the date of placement. Appointment for both the programs will be at the manufacturing site of Reliance Life Sciences in Navi Mumbai and is transferable to any other establishment in Reliance Group of companies.
