Strategic Account Managers: (SAM)

The Strategic Account Managers will be responsible for Strategic Account Management in existing major accounts and new accounts to be identified. This could be across verticals. Strategic Accounts are well entrenched accounts on Ontrack yielding significant business, year-on-year and in which ontrack has provided multiple solution lines. Major Accountability of the SAM. Will work in 30 designated Strategic Accounts of the Company. Annual Target will comprise of both top line and bottom line. Coordinate with the team of Product Managers on various solution suites. Should be able to identify opportunities and grow business within the designated accounts. Identify, initiative, develop and grow business in New Strategic Accounts.

Strategic Account Managers

The Desired profile: Candidates with exposure in Major Account Management in the IT Infrastructure & Services / Telecom / Office Automation Industries with a good exposure to Major Accounts in respective geographic areas. Candidates should possess good understanding of the various solution lines in IT Infrastructure & Service Industry. Experience of 4 years or more planning skills to map major accounts to be transormed in to strategic accounts. Confience to interact with CIO/CTO/CXO/CEO's. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. The passion to excel in challenging environments and the zeal to over achieve the set targets.

Associate Account Managers

The AAM's will jointly work with our seasoned Account Managers and be responsible for Major Account Management including New Accounts Opening, positioning Ontrack as a major solutions provider, grow sales in existing & new accounts, coverage of territory and achieve sales and revenue targets in respctive verticals / locations. You will be provided total technical support by our presales Product Management team. Ontrack follows this unique Sales & Product Management model in all our Major Account engagements. Our Product Management is the cornerstone of our business model and comprises of the best in the industry.

Associate Account Managers

Category: Accounting

The Desired Profile: Candidates with some exposure in Direct Sales, Account Management and / or Business Development in the IT Infrastructure & Services / Telecom / Office Automation Industries. You should have some of fair understanding of solutions & the ability to quickly assimilate product knowledge. Graduate / Dip / MBA / PGDMS industry experience of 0 to 1 year or more. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. The passion to excel in challenging environments and the zeal to over achieve the set targets. A burning desire to be different from the crowd.
