Executive / Officer-Non-Agri Purchase

Responsible for purchasing/sourcing of high quality engineering spares, capital goods, machinery, packing items, transportation services, laboratory items, miscellaneous factory requirements, etc. float enquiries & obtain offers from Manufacturers & Suppliers, Vendor Development & visit their Plant/Office or Market, Follow-up with Transporters and Suppliers for delivery. Prepare comparative statements from Offers. Draft Purchase Order, Follow-up with Suppliers for delivery, checking of suppliers and transporters' bills for payments and Predelivery inspection at Suppliers' godown/Warehouse. Dip / Degree Holders with a minimum of 3 years experience in an MNC.

Executive / Imports, Exports and Logistics

Independently responsible for: Post Shipment Export Documentation - Excel based, including legalisation of documents, obtaining health certificates for exports, etc. Presentation / Negotiation of doucments with the banks. Online applications and obtaining pre and post shipment licenses from DGFT, Mumbai. Obtaining Export related Incentives. Export Logistics - both inland and international Import Clearances. Liaison with Import / Export related authorities. Export / Import MIS - Excel based.

Should be able to aggressively build distribution network and develop domestic and internatinal market. Also to develop sales to international customers such as TESCO, WALMART, etc. Job would involve strategizing for quantum growth in Market Share of the assigned product groups. Implementation of strategies at the field level and continuous monitoring for results. Forecasting anticipated market trends and proactively designing action plans for success. Enhancing customer relationship. New product launches.
