Roles and Responsibilities: * Should be able to conduct design reviews, requirement reviews, evaluate technical architecture from performance view point, * Ability to devleop and execute performance test scripts. Analyze the test execution reports and report them. * Analyze the performance test execution reports, spot performance bottle necks, suggest changes to help improve. * Ability to develop prototypes and rationalize technology stack components from performance view point. * Act as a guide/mentor talented individuals. Skills required/background: * He/she must have used either MI Load Runner or RadView Web Load in his/her previous projects. Mercury Interactive . * Work experience in Jmeter is a major plus * Experience of being worked in at least 2-3 performance testing projects * Should be an expert on minimum of one operating system, database and programming language. * Proven expertise either in Web Technologies (.NET and J2EE), Client/Server or different flavors of UNIX. * Shold possess a professional graduation degree or above from a reputed university/college. | Team Lead - Networking, TestingCategory: IT - Network Administration Skill Set: Proven experience in using/testing switches, routers, Wan accelrators, Gateways, fire walls etc. is must. Ability to apply networking knowledge for Test planning, test design, execution and reporting is required. Knowledge of scripting languages is must e.g. TCL, Shell, Perl, Python.
