Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization. PG - LLM - Law;MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations;PG Diploma - Any Specialization. Will be required for HR, Personnel Administration of the department, regular meeting / interaction with staff of respective location / site, problem solving conflict management, initiating various HR practices at site, ensuring compliances of company, HR policy as well as a continuous briefing of staff on company HR systems, procedure, follow up with site for compliance of HR / Company documentation as per company rules & regulation, government laws, Resolving labour issues (if any) at site in coordination with HR Manager, lassoing with various government department for obtaining of various licenses, labour & legal licenses, food licenses (FDA)

Candidate must be a graduate with a post graduate degree in personal & labour law/HR, PC literate, very good interaction & communication skill, focused & goal oriented, ability to work as per deadlines, flexible & adaptable, will be required to travel within the region (Western & Central India).
