You will be required to work on Macromedia Flash MX and Adobe Photoshop extensively. Desired Profile. Strong artistic aptitude & working knowledge of Flash MX, Action Scripting, HTML, Dreamweaver & Photoshop. Knowledge of Action Script 2.0, XML, OOPS concepts & prior work experience in an Interactive / Multimedia Agency will be an added advantage. Core Requirements. Expert designer in Macromedia Flash. Ability to design and develop interactive websites and layouts with a quick turnaround time. Ability to work in team and handle pressure and demands. Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly. Developing innovative ideas and executing them. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and teach. Bonus Skills. Experience of XML, OOPs Concepts, AJAX and other programming languages. Ability to write clean, coherent object-oriented code in ActionScript, ActionScript 2.0 preferred. Interactive / Web Multimedia industry experience.
