Vice President-Service Delivery

As part of the Core Management Team, you will head a team of over 1500 Field and back office staff, which is expected to grow to 3000 in the next year, spread over 200 branches across the country. The headcount and network reach would double every two years over the next 5 years. You will also set up and effectively manage the national processing and voice based contact center. You must preferably be an Engineering Graduate with Post graduation in Industrial Engineering / Production Management / MBA from premier institutes with at least 10 years of experience in managing operations and quality in a multi location organization with a large workforce.
