Manager Projects and Engineering Services

Category: Project Management

The candidate should be BE (Mechanical) with minimum 10 years Project Engineering experience in Star Category Hospitals or Hotels having good knowledge of engineering services such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Boilers, Air Compressors, Lifts, Fire Fighting & Detection Systems, Piped Medical Gases, Automated Laundry, Hydraulicetc. The candidate must possess full knowledge of Project management techniques, measurement of productivity, monitoring of Projects on MS Projects software, capabl of coordinating with Technical Consultants, Cost estimation, Vendor development and evaluation. Knowledge of MS Office is a must. Age limit will be below 40 years.

Electrical Engineer

Category: Engineering

The candidate should be BE (Electrical) with minimum 5 years experienc in Operation and Maintenance of Electrical Energy Management and its implementation in a set up of 2500 KW and above connected load shall be preferred. Knowledge of MS Office is a must. Age limit will be below 40 years.
