Assistant Category Manager - FMCG

Category: Retail

Candidates should be of either sex, below 30 years of age, Graduate, should have 2-3 years experience in FMCG/Retail. The candidates should be fluent in spoken English, should possess leadership qualities, be excellent in planning and good at relationship management skills. The candidates needs to have a thorough knowledge of all product categories (processed foods, beverages, home and personal care) and should possess excellent vendor negotiation skills. Knowledge of merchandising and planogramming would be an added advantage.

Assistant Category Manager - Staples

Category: Agriculture

Candidates should be of either sex, below 30 years of age, should be an Agriculturl Graduate with preferably 2-3 years retail experience. Staples: Candidates should have thorough knowledge of the complete category (pulses, cereals, spices, oils etc.) range assortment, sourcing, vendor negotiations, quality norms and pricing.

Assistant Category Manager - Fruits and Vegetables

Category: Agriculture

Candidates should be of either sex, below 30 years of age, should be an Agriculturl Graduate with preferably 2-3 years retail experience. Fruits & Vegetables: Candidates should have thorough knowledge of the complete category (fruits & vegetables) range assortment, sourcing, vendor negotiations, cold chain management and pricing. Knowledge of product seasonality and sourcing from the farm gate would be desired.

Assistant Category Manager - General Merchandise

Category: Merchandising

Candidates should be of either sex, under 30 years of age, should be a Graduate, should have 2-3 years of experience, preferably in Retail. Candidates should have thorough knowledge of the complete category i.e. homeware/plastics/toys/stationery/language, should have good communications skills and should be a computer savvy.
