The role involves interacting with the clients directly, managing the team to delivery quality output in a timely fashion, identify and utilise talent suitably, mentor and guide the Team Leaders on effective use of technology and impart technical expertise to the team. The Candidate: The perfect candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and will be an excellent motivator with impeccable communication and mentoring skills. An ability to plan, organise and execute multiple, simultaneous projects is a must. Prior experience in an IT Enabled Services company is absolutely essential. Technical Skills Required: Good Knowledge of Markup Technologies, CSS, XSLTs, Imaging Solutions. Familiarity with Scripting Languages and Tools wil be an added advantage. | Senior Project ManagersCategory: Project Management Good leadership abilities and at least four years of experience on data conversion projects, including XML conversions. At least one year of experience as a Project Manager is essential.
