Events Manager

Category: Planning

Job summary: This role will involve planning & implementing launch events & product exhibitions spanning those organized by Audi & the dealerships. The role will also include participating in automotive exhibitions and trade fairs as appropriate. The deliverable will be to gain visibility at appropriate forums by developing visible communication platform around the central theme of the product. Candidate specs: The incumbent should have a background in organizing tradefairs & exhibitions as part of a reputed event management company with a focus on consumer and automotive products. The experience profile should include both Indian & global brands in the premium segments of consumer markets.

Training Manager: (Non-Technical)

Category: Sales

Job summary: This role will involve educating both the team in the dealership network & the team in Audi India. The training & education content will include core Audi philosophy, brand-salience, product awareness, sales methodologies & in general adaptation to a customer service culture. The role-holder will engage external agencies to deliver training programs to achieve the goal of high alignment to the global Audi culture. Candidate specs: The candidate for this role should come from the training background from large corporates of from academic institutes. In either case, the candidate should display abilities to absorb the best international practives, convert the knowledge in the form of training modules and deliver them effectively.

After-Sales Manager

Category: Sales

Job summary: The incumbent will be responsible for achievement of Audi's quantitative targets which include: revenue budgets in relation to spare parts, accessories& service. He will also be responsible for qualitative aspects of aligning the India service funcltion to the global standards and implementation of best practives for customer support. He will ensure best treatment to customer complaints through the dealer network. The incumbent will be Audi's face to the dealers in rolling-out and monitoring the progress of multiple service programs. Candidate specs: The candidate should have had well rounded 'after-sales' management experience in automotive industry. S/He should have trained and possess a mind-set of collaborative working with dealers to deliver their individual revenue and bottomline objectives (including parts, accessories, and service programs). A blend of sort-skills and hard-skills of: customer service, best-practices, relationship with dealers on one end and hard-skills of achieving turnover objective is a pre-requisite.

Spare Parts and Accessories Manager

Category: Automotive

Job summary: S/He will be responsible for identification of the right portfolio of spare parts and accessories suitable to Indian markets, marketing and trade promotion of the while spectrum of accessories and spare parts to customers throughout the life-cycle of product ownership. Further, will be a vital logistics link for order processing of parts and accessories ordered by the Audi dealers. Candidate specs: The candidate should have had exclusive experience in integrated spare parts management function involving marketing, order processing, inventory management and operational functions relating to spare parts line of business. A prior experience with a leading luxury brand automotive group or their dealership in the spare parts ordering function will be advantageous.

Common candidate specifications for all the above positions: A first class graduation followed by MBA or an appropriate post-graduation will be preferred * Total length of experience of 10 - 15 years with at least 3 to 5 years as head of that respective function * The top priority is to select deserving candidates from the automotive industry.
