Technical Support Manager

Job summary: The incumbent will be a technical expert in analyzing, problem identification and offering appropriate technical & repair solutions to the cars attended to by the dealers. The incumbent would strive to absorb thestandards and processes for resolving technical issues from the global network and in turn transform the know-how to the dealers on technical matters. He would put in place the warranty processes in accordance with the contracts and make sure that the customer service levels are of highest standards in warranty administration. Candidate specs: The candidate should be an engineer with expertise of technical problem solving & repair of core automotive systems. He should be hands-on to get to the root of the problem areasin functioning of automobiles. He should have analytical skills and tecnical abilities to relate to the specific repairs and service conditions of cars with abilities to lear new tools & techniques and in turn educate the repair-work force on fool-proof work methodologies.

Training Manager : (Technical)

Job summary: The incumbent will be in charge of technical training activities for the repair and maintenance staff attached to the dealers and service partners. S/He will organize requisite technical taining programs combined to leveraging on Audi resources and external resources to make sure that the technicians who conduct maintenance of cars are fully equipped with the latest know-how and skill sets. Specific modules of training relating to repair, service & maintenance of aggregates and systems will be designed & delivered to workshops under his leadership. Candidate specs: The candidate should have had background in technical concepts, functioning and administrating technical training to staff. Ideally, s/he should have had significant experience & knowledge of functioning of an automotive with advanced engineering and sophisticated interplay of systems before graduating into a training role in an automotive company.

Common candidate specifications for all the above positions: A first class graduation followed by MBA or an appropriate post-graduation will be preferred * Total length of experience of 10 - 15 years with at least 3 to 5 years as head of that respective function * The top priority is to select deserving candidates from the automotive industry.
