Senior Manager / Manager - Technical Services (Gas Grid)

The incumbent will lead a team of qualified managers / engineers and provide direction in translating market demand into pipeline size. He would also appoint, interact, manage Engineering Consultants and Project Management Consultants, and appoint EPC Contractors. He will lead activities relating to compliance under regulatory requirements and getting approvals for implementation of the projects. The ideal candidate would be a BE/ME (Mechanical/Chemical) with 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in handling planning of cross country transmission pipeline projects or gas distribution networks. Hands on experience in latest codes / standards / developments / techniques of pipeline execution, regulatory matters, project approval requirements and safety standards is a must. Senior Manager / Manager - Project (Gas Grid)

The person must have adequate knowledge about latest codes / standards / developments / techniques of pipeline execution. Senior Manager - Finance and Accounts

The incumbent will lead a team of accountants and managers and will be in charge of preparation of business plan, viability analysis of projects, raising equity and debt, preparation of budgets, acquiring board approvals, servicing shareholders and interaction with auditors. He would be responsible for treasury function including managing working capital requirement, cash management, forex and investments management. He would also be responsible for accounting, audits and taxation. The ideal candidate would be MBA/CA/ICWA with around 10 years of experience in finance function in corporates with at least 3 years in senior management position with independent responsibilities in all or some areas mentioned above. Senior Manager / Manager - Commercial

The incumbent will be responsible for gas sourcing, pricing and contracting, tieing-up major industrial and commercial customers. He will be responsible for identifying target markets by duly carrying out demand surveys and developing the natural gas market for domestic and industrial sectors by meeting customers and convincing them of advantages of natural gas over altrernate fuels. He will be responsible for contract negotiation, customer service and account management. He would be required to liaise closely with other functions - technical services, projects and finance to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate would be BE (Mechanical) + MBA with around 10 years of experience. The candidate should have worked in natural gas industry in the commercial / marketing function, at least 5 years independently and should have previous experience in gas sourcing and customer management.
