Customer Care Manager, Mumbai (Position: 1)

You should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10-12 years' experience as the head of the customer service division in a company manufacturing capital plant and equipment. You will be responsible for managing installation, commissioning, customer complaints and supply of spares to existing and new customers in India and abroad. You will also be managing the AMC with customers with a support team of engineers. Being a team leader, we expect you to be a strong motivational force, wielding good interpersonal and communication skills.

You should have a degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering from a reputable university, as well as 7-10 years' experience in marketing / product management. Your job will involve promoting the sale of products assigned to you. It will encompass defining product positioning, liaising with manufacturing plant, writing product forecasts, management of advertising and training programs, and producing progress reports, product updates and comparison reports vis-a-vis competitors products. You will also oversee product development and launch of the same and the creation of categories. Pricing strategies will also fall within your purview.

You should be a graduate in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering from a reputable university with a minimum of 5-7 years' relevant experience. Your job will involve supporting field sales personnel through quotations and information packages for customers, liaising with various manufacturing plants for design drawing, layouts and approval specifications for customers, maintaining appropriate data bases, tracking quotes and analyzing hit rates. You will require good communication skills and a technical bent of mind to discharge your responsiblities effectively.
