Quantity Surveyors and Billing EngineersCategory: Surveyor Education: BE Civil/DCE. Experience: 5 to 10 Yrs with thorough knowledge of construction procedures & cost management. Should have good knowledge of best engineering practices, financial audits, billing process, statuary deductions & process of rate analysis.
