Development and use of kinetic process models and their applications is important, as is experience with Fortron, C++ and Visual Basic, and packages like Aspen, Hysys and Pro-II. | Catalysis Research and Development ScientistCategory: Research & Development Lead refining catalyst development programs, and work on catalysis research and development projects with local universities and Shell laboratories to develop and implement high throughput catalyst testing. Support catalyst manufacturing, marketing and customer technical services activities. | Reactive Hazard Assessment (RHA) SpecialistCategory: Science Lead activities for specific processes and plants involving the development of RHA scenarios, consequence assessment and evaluation of options for prevention or mitigation. Support projects and investigations and participate in the global RHA team and external Reactive Hazards networks.
